@Cyberforge mentioned the new version of FxCop yesterday, along with some discussion about security related rules. The new version has a better UI and it's definately worth a download. Run it against your assemblies and see what it says. We recently put together a set of guidelines for MSDN content and we're asking authors and reviewers to run FxCop against their assemblies to flag an potential security problems. Fast and easy.

Michel Gallant's crypto article is the new feature on the MSDN Security Developer Center. Check out Extending .NET Cryptography with CAPICOM and P/Invoke. Good stuff!

I sold off my last Mac this weekend. I found it a very good home. I'm not saying I'll never buy a Mac again, but it's going to take some serious innovation from Apple to draw me back into Steve Jobs' reality distortion field.

I'm very comfortable with my current technology arsenal right now, but I do "need" a new phone. It's between the 610, a Nokia 3650, or a Microsoft Smartphone (if I can find one). I think it's probably going to be a 3650. Bluetooth with unlimited GPRS is great with my Pocket PC.
